《我们不需要换个老外给我们上英语课》
痴迷于共享的电动自行车了,迟到了15分钟,但听到了:
- META,通过特定的设计,来规范AI行为,使其在道德上具有合理性。通过Triage(风险分类)、Right Data(数据正当性)、Supervision和文档化,将AI风险评估流程化
- 而后是UNDO的CTO,【AI Debugging】,CODE回溯(记录代码、中间计算过程、输入输出等系列数据)+AI分析(安利了Claude),由于记录的数据很多确实会占用很多空间。
社区
“Pizza, Drinks & Networking”确实是最赞的,“不限量”的披萨一盒盒端上,现场没有“审查”,没有保安。你不需要证明你是谁,大家默认你就是这个社区的一员。医学影像公司的老板、尼日利亚来的后端工程师、白发苍苍的企业家……交换LinkedIn,探讨各自的项目……
想到“人际交流”(可能是偏见,勿喷):

剑桥(及英国文化):没有“城墙”的礼貌
AI说这里有一种 礼貌文化 (culture of politeness)。
- 陌生人之间会很自然地进行 “small talk” (闲聊),比如在排队时评论一下天气。
- 无论在商店、公交车还是路上,你总会听到 “Sorry”, “Thank you”, “Cheers”, “Excuse me”。
- 路人之间对视了,通常会给一个微笑或点头示意。
- 邻里之间见面了会打招呼,问一句 “You alright?” (你好吗?这是问候,不是真的问你有没有事)。
英国人的这种表面热情,并不等于他想和你成为知心朋友。这是一种公共礼仪 (public etiquette)。

杭州(及国内大城市文化):有“隔阂”的效率
人们为了保护自己的个人空间 (personal space) 和提高效率,往往在公共场合会显得比较“冷漠”。你不会轻易和排队的陌生人聊天,邻里之间可能住了很久都互不认识。这种外在的“隔阂”其实是一种城市生活的自我保护机制。
环境
- 虽然没有现代式的繁华(酒店、宾馆、洗浴中心 e.t.c),确实很原生态,周围是大片的草坪,会有松鼠在步行道上阴暗爬行。不过,貌似大脑确实得到了深层次的放松。《费马大定理》这部纪录片中,安德鲁·怀尔斯喜欢“walking along the river”,让大脑放松,让注意力从工作中解放,但同时,潜意识仍在思考问题。
- 也许一定程度上能GET到“教授5点后就把博士生赶出学校“的意义了,还需要多观察观察小英DOGE。
- 不过确实,该得给自己多留点空白和惬意吧。
最后,又是被哑巴英语痛击的一晚。

A big company offers ample opportunities for you to pursue your interests. Moreover, there are often many problems that remain unresolved.

Seek out individuals who are experiencing problems, listen to their challenges, and then demonstrate how you can provide a solution.

Focus on acquiring a wide array of skills: people skills, social skills, and professional skills, among others.

An interview is a process of mutual understanding.

CV
- prioritize clarity and a clean, well-organized layout.
- pay attention to subtle details like your email address; using a custom domain can make a more professional and memorable impression than a generic provider like Gmail.

Side projects
- The core value lies in the difficulty and significance of the problem you tackled, not just the specific technology you employed.
- Crucially, the project should be something you are genuinely interested in, as your passion will shine through.

In such a panel discussion, attendees can ask questions and engage in Q&A at any time if they feel it’s suitable.
